All Healthwick orders are shipped quickly and discreetly in plain, unmarked boxes, from our warehouses across the U.S. and Canada (depending on the product). Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days, though delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location relative to our warehouses.
We offer nationwide shipping, with a flat-rate fee of $8 for all contiguous states (order as much as you want—shipping costs remain the same!). Very rarely, some remote or difficult to reach addresses (as determined by our carriers) may not be cost-effective or time-effective to deliver to. In this case, our friendly Customer Service team will contact you to offer you alternatives or a full refund.
*Kindly keep in mind that same-day shipping does not mean same-day delivery. Standard shipping time will still apply.

Your order includes online tracking with shipping and delivery notifications, and no signature is required for your order.
If you're not home, our couriers will attempt to leave the package in a secure location, such as an enclosed porch or side door. If you are not home or there is no secure location (such as an apartment lobby), there may be a card left letting you know from which local post office you can retrieve your parcel for up to 14 days, depending on the postal company.
Couriers will only make 1 delivery attempt. If your parcel is returned to us unclaimed, we will call you to have the package reshipped (with an additional shipping charge) or refund the cost of product less shipping fees. You will still be responsible for our original shipping costs and the return shipping charges. Please contact us if you have any questions at 1-877-775-1556.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at the time of purchase is accurate. Healthwick is not responsible for orders shipped to an inaccurate address. If the package is returned to Healthwick, we will contact you to correct your address before a second delivery attempt is made and you will need to pay shipping again. You will also have the option of a refund less shipping fees. You will still be responsible for our original shipping costs and the return shipping charges. Healthwick is committed to ensuring the highest level of sanitation and hygiene for our products, as they are intended for personal health care use.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any product, opened or unopened. This policy ensures the sanitation of all products in our warehouse. This includes products that have been changed by the manufacturer as this is beyond our control.

Wonderful for the pool
I was never disappointed when I ordered on Healthwick for my son. I got the diapers fast and I am happy because my son will not miss his swimming classes since he is fully equipped.
I ordered this product and havent used it as yet i am going to a spa in february and need the protection out of the water as i will be inmy bathing suit all day and night even during meals they are perfect for me as long as i change frequently. And the lightness of when it is wer means i wont be draggin a diaper
I ordered these for my son. He weighs less that the range on the diapers so I was a little worried about the fit. However, the elastic waist was very secure on him and the fit was great. They work just as they are supposed to. I got a sample to start and have already ordered and received more. This was the solution I was looking for when my son outgrew children's swim diapers. Glad I found the Healtwick site.
When I can get in the pool again these are great!
