In keeping with our commitment to your privacy, Healthwick ships all products in discreet cardboard boxes. 

The outside of the box will NOT have:

• Manufacturer's Name or Logo (ie TENA, Abena, etc)
• Product Name, Description, SKU or Barcode

The outside of the box MAY have:

• Box dimensions (ie 12x6x9)
• Box manufacturer (ie Uline)

All shipping address labels simply read "Britnell", Healthwick's parent company.

Our packages are rigorously tested to ensure that they arrive to you in good condition as well as in good time.
