"Do you have samples?"

At this time, we do not offer samples into the USA.

"I’ve decided I don’t want these products. How do I return them?"

For hygiene reasons, unfortunately all products are non-returnable, even in the case of unopened packages. We are committed to the health and safety of our customers as well as our employees, and returned parcels will be discarded unopened. If you have any concerns over the product which you've purchased, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

"How do I find the correct size for briefs/underwear?"

"Why don't you have flat-fee shipping for some states and areas?"

Unfortunately, the high cost of shipping to certain states and areas means that we're unable to establish a flat-fee price that would be accurate for the wide range of order sizes we typically see. Please get in touch with us by email or by phone and let us know what you'd like to order, so that we can give you an accurate quote.

"I need my products immediately! Do you have express shipping?"

We’re sorry, but to keep costs affordable for our customers we don't offer express shipping services. To avoid these situations in the future, consider ourFree Automatic Delivery Program.

"My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?"

Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to inclement weather, inventory volumes, and postal holidays. If you have checked the tracking information and it shows as your parcel was delivered but you have not received it yet, please contact us and we will be happy to follow up with the courier.

"My package arrived damaged. What should I do?"

 We are very sorry to hear that, and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please get in touch with us by email or give us a call and we’d be happy to assist you.

"What does same day shipping mean?"

Same-day shipping" means that your order will be processed and dispatched from the warehouse on the same day it is placed, typically if the order is placed before noon (EST). However, it does not mean that the package will be delivered the same day. The delivery will still depend on the shipping method and the distance to the destination. For example, if you place an order before the cutoff time, it will be packed and shipped out that same day, but it might take a few days for the carrier to deliver it to you based on your location and the shipping service chosen.
